Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Blimbley collects through this website, why, who receives it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Blimbley is a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada. For any privacy question or request, email info@blimbley.com.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name and email address, your message, and your topic, organization and budget if you give them. We use these only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about.

When you visit this site and accept cookies: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technology. They receive your IP address, details of your browser and device, the pages you visit and how you reached them.

We don't sell personal information.

Why we use these tools

Google Analytics shows us how people find and use this site. How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

The Meta Pixel helps us measure whether our ads work and show our ads, including to people who have visited this site. Meta can combine this with what it already knows about you, under its own privacy policy.

We don't send your name, email address or message to Google Analytics or Meta.

Who else receives your information

  • Web3Forms receives the contact form and delivers it to us by email.
  • Vercel hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.
  • Google also delivers the fonts on this site, so it receives your IP address when a page loads.

These providers, along with Google and Meta, may process information outside Canada, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to reply to you, to do any work that follows, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Then we delete them.

Your choices

  • Change your cookie choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page.
  • Limit ad targeting in your Meta ad preferences and your Google ad settings, or through YourAdChoices.
  • Limit Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
  • Block or clear cookies in your browser. This site works the same either way.
  • Ask for access or a correction. Email info@blimbley.com to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask how it has been used. You can also ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update this page and its effective date.
