Can we book AI training without a software project?
Yes. Presentations, workshops and coaching are standalone
services. You can also combine training with a software or AI
integration project when that makes sense.
Who can attend the AI sessions?
We work with companies, educational institutions and nonprofits.
Tell us whether the audience is employees, educators,
administrators or students, along with their experience level and
learning goals. We’ll then suggest the right format and content.
Which AI tools do you teach?
Whichever your organization has approved: ChatGPT, Claude,
Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or another tool. We’re vendor-neutral
and don’t sell or resell any of them. If you haven’t chosen a tool
yet, we can help you compare the options for your context.
What should we prepare, and what about student or client data?
Share the tasks you want to explore and the tools your
organization allows. We’ll agree on accounts, devices and suitable
example material before the session. Exercises use approved or
sample information only, never student records or client data.
Where do you deliver, and do you travel?
Online anywhere, and on-site across Metro Vancouver at no extra
cost. Elsewhere in British Columbia and beyond by arrangement,
with travel added to the quote.
How is training priced?
Presentations start from $1,500 CAD for 60 to 90 minutes. Half-day
workshops start from $3,000 CAD for up to 20 people, with full
days available. Coaching starts from $750 CAD per two-hour session
for one person or a group of up to six. Prices are before tax and
include preparation. We confirm the number once we know the
audience, the tasks and the format.
What do participants leave with?
Presentations: the slides and a one-page summary. Workshops: the
exercises and a prompt library written for your tasks. Coaching: a
written summary of the approaches that worked. All formats include
time for questions.
